Brain regions are similar to computer cloud data, they work better if data transfer rates intensifies their downloads between individual neural computational units. So just like the Internet, your memory packages describes real time observational acts when information is downloaded almost instantaneously between two or more neural regions. This means that as the frequency of brain activity intensifies, your memory becomes a more instant processing thought and by that action your neural regions communicate more intensively, just like two persons across the world. This idea supposes that memory data inside the brain must start a permanent downloading act starting with sound speed and maybe ending with light speed. This means that synaptic architecture must be flexible enough to accomplish unimaginable data transfer limits.
